The villa is less than 100m. away from a secluded sandy beach.

It comprises of a large living room, a dinning area, five bedrooms and an attic, and an enormous veranda overlooking the sea. There are four bathrooms in total, one of which within the premises of the master bedroom. The villa is fully equipped.

Interior decoration is simple, yet classy. Although built as a summer house it is an ideal place for winter relaxation as well.

Housekeeping and or cooking are available on request.

The garden is relatively flat, with a well preserved lawn to be used as a playground or enjoy a relaxed stretching. Pine trees form a natural fence around the house and will secure your privacy.

The house is located in Kostoula, one of the most celebrated resort areas in Greece. It is accessible from Athens (less than 200 klms.) by means of a car or hydrofoil to the cosmopolitan port of Porto Heli.

The distance of the house to the neighboring village of Porto Heli is 7 klms. Hydro-taxis will take you to the famed island of Spetses, to enjoy the everlasting nightlife. Mycenae, the ancient theatre of Epidaurus, Nauplion, Corinth and numerous other notorious archaeological sites are within a short driving distance.

Very few villas of similar standards are available in this area. As such, the demand is high and you should consider an early reservation-request.
