Day 1: Athens

Upon arrival into Athens Airport you will be met and greeted. You will then be transferred by coach to your Hotel. After check in to your hotel you will have free time at your own leisure. Tonight you will enjoy dinner in The Athenian Callirhoe Executive hotel – Overnight. (D)

Day 2: Athens

Morning orientation tour of Athens city. Tour highlights today include The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in front of the Parliament House on Constitution Square, the Panathenian Stadium (site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896). See vistas of the Presidential Palace, government buildings and elegant homes. Drive along Panepistimiou Avenue and view the Catholic Cathedral, the Academy, The University, National Library and the bustling Omonia Square. We also visit the Roman Temple of Olympian Zeus and the crowning beauty, the Acropolis, with its many monuments atop its rocky base, including the picturesque Parthenon, the Propelaea, the Temple of Athena Nike and the Erechtheion with its Porch of Maidens. Upon return to the hotel rest of the afternoon is at your own leisure Dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Day 3: Olympia via Mycenae/Epidarus/Nafplion

Today after breakfast we depart for Olympia. Our first sop is to view the Corinth Canal and Epidaurus, where you will also visit an archaeological site and the Theatre, which has been made famous for its remarkable acoustics, after a short stop we continue on through Nauplia. Our next stop takes us to an archaeological site in Mycenae where we make a short stop. Driving on through the central Peloponnese area passing the cities of Megalopolis and Tripolis, before arriving into Olympia for dinner and overnight. (B.D)

Day 4: Delphi

This morning after breakfast we visit the archaeological site and the museum of Olympia. We make our way to Rion via Patras, cross the channel to Antirion via the newly constructed suspension bridge, considered to be the longest and most modern bridge in Europe. Drive through the picturesque Nafpaktos before making our way to Delphi. Dinner & Overnight. (B,D)

Day 5: Kalambaka

Today we make a morning visit to the archaeological site of Delphi and also visit the on site museum. We then make our way to Kalambaka traveling through Levadia and Arachova, where we stop for lunch. After lunch we continue driving through the towns of Central Greece, Amphissa, Lamia and Trikala, cross the Thessalian plain, the granary of Greece before reaching Kalambaka where we overnight. Day 6: Athens

After breakfast we visit the breathtaking Meteora, see the monasteries that have been built on the top of high rocks and try and work out how they got there!. In the afternoon we make our way back to Athens, passing through the towns of Thermopylae and Kamena Vourla before arriving into Athens where we check into our hotel for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Day 7: Athens-Mykonos

Morning transfer from your Athens hotel to Piraeus pier for embarkation on ferry to Mykonos. After 6 hours arrive Mykonos and transfer from pier to hotel. Overnight Mykonos. (B)

Day 8: Mykonos

Day at leisure to soak up the island atmosphere. Stroll thru the maze of narrow alleys, marvel at the tiny chapels, whitewashed houses and windmills. Enjoy a drink or meal at “Venetia” the most picturesque spot on the island. Overnight in Mykonos. (B)

Day 9: Mykonos-Paros

This afternoon we transfer from our hotel to pier for a 1hr 45minute ferry to Paros. On arrival transfer to hotel for overnight. (B)

Day 10: Paros

See the scenic little port of Naoussa, the old quater of Parikia or swim at Kolymbithres. You can also enjoy a day at Andiparos Island. Overnight Paros. (B)

Day 11: Paros-Santorini

Around midday Transfer from your hotel to pier to board hydrofoil for passage to Santorini. There is no better sight than the approach from the sea to this island. On arrival transfer from pier to hotel. Overnight in Santorini. (B)

Day 12: Santorini

If there is a paradise then Santorini must be part of it. You may wish to visit Kamar Beach or stroll along the cobbled narrow streets of Fira capital of the island or visit on your own the archaeological site of Akrotiri or go to the village of Oia to witness a spectacular sunset over the Aegean. Not to be missed. Overnight in Santorini. (B)

Day 13: Santorini-Athens

This afternoon we transfer from our hotel to Santorini Airport for our flight (50min) back to Athens. On arrival we transfer to our hotel for overnight. (B,D)

Day 14: Athens-Home

This morning after breakfast and hotel check out we say goodbye to the ancient gods and transfer to Athens Airport tp board our homebound flight. (B)
